Following the in-loco inspections of the Maphumulo Water Treatment Works and Mvutshane Dam, the Minister of Department of Water and Sanitation, Mr Senzo Mchunu addressed the community of Maqumbi in the Maphumulo Local Municipality under iLembe District on the status quo of water infrastructure interventions in the municipality, promising that the situation would improve by November 2024.
