Ms Cingisa Mbola
Ms Cingisa Mbola was born in … in the … District Municipality of … Â She is the Director of Technical Services at iLembe District Municipality.
Ms Mbola holds a Bachelors of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering from the Durban University of Technology, a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Mangosuthu University of Technology, a Diploma in Advanced Management Development Programme; and a range of certificates including Bid Committees â MFMA, Records Management, Sign Language and Advanced Leadership through various institutes.
She worked as a Project Manager at uThukela District Municipality. She worked for the Department of Public Works as the District Manager: uMzinyathi Sub.Â

She also worked for the former Umtshezi Local Municipality in the capacity of Senior Manager Civil, as well as for the former Emnambithi Local Municipality in various capacities including Senior Engineering Technician, Building Inspector, Field Technical Assistant and Trainee Technician.
Aside from working in the public sector Ms. Mbola also worked as a Project Manager and Principal Agent for a company called Mkhombe Developments (an implementing agency). She is a member of two professional bodies: the Engineering Council of South Africa, and the South African Council of Professional Construction Project Managers.
