iLembe District Municipality Speaker of Council, Cllr. Dolly Shandu, accompanied the MEC for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs in the province Mrs Bongiwe Sithole-Moloi, MPL as she officially opened the MIG funded Groutville D Sanitation Project which brings water born sewerage to the residents of greater Groutville area. This follows the completion of 600mÂģ/day Ward 10 Waste Water Treatement Plant in Ward 10 of the KwaDukuza Local Municipality.
