District Mayor is inducted on the Acoustic Listening Equipment that will be used for leak detection. Friday 5th April was a typical out-of-the-office day for Team iLembe as the District Mayor, Cllr. Thobani Shandu, led an entourage comprising of officials and technicians from the District Municipality on an aggressive campaign to stop water leakages in different areas of KwaDukuza.
