• Bachelor Degree in Labour Relations or Human Resources Management
• A post-graduate qualification in Labour Relations will be an added advantage
• 3 years’ experience in Labour Relations / Employee Relations including working in a unionized
  environment
• Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Valid Drivers’ License
